Take The First Step

Toward Better Health

 Preventative Health First

Preventative health is dependent on many things including being aware of what you ingest, inhale and absorb in your body.  With the right inputs, good health and well-being can be achieved and maintained.

Preventative Health First was developed by Danita Dubinsky Aziza to empower individuals of all ages to create and sustain their physical and emotional well-being. Her individualized Preventative Health First Assessment looks at practices in five specific areas: Food, Water, Air, Movement and Avoidance. Bringing awareness of these components of preventative health and helping you easily integrate them in your daily lifestyle is her primary objective.  What Danita does is practical, straightforward and based on sound information and knowledge. Considering a Preventative Health First Assessment Program or group seminar for yourself, your family, friends, employees or colleagues is a positive step that can be taken to prevent illness and disease and can improve how you feel.

FOOD

What we ingest has a major impact on our health.  Knowing what nutrient rich foods your body needs on a daily basis, is an essential component of preventative health. As our bodies are unique, our nutritional needs can be individualized and specific based on our individual health profiles.

WATER

Our hydration levels fluctuate constantly throughout the day.  Being aware of how you can keep your body adequately hydrated is key to overall health and well-being. Hydration is more than just drinking water and amounts can be specific to your age, health status, activity and stress levels.

AIR

Indoor air can be over 10 times more polluted than outdoor air and as such, the air we inhale inside our homes, schools and offices can adversely affect our health.  Knowing how to easily reduce chemical and biological pollutants is important not just for allergy and asthma sufferers, but for everyone.

MOVEMENT

Movement helps to transport vital oxygen to our cells.  Without regular movement muscles and organs can be affected and pain and illness can result.  While exercise is an essential component of preventative health, conscious daily movement designed for your particular lifestyle can lead to better overall health outcomes.

AVOIDANCE

Our modern lifestyle filled with increased levels of stress, consumption, innovation in food production and our constant exposure to low levels of radiation from electronic devices have impacted our physical and emotional well-being.  Learning how to practically reduce exposure and avoid things that aren’t good for our health, is key to good preventative health practices.
